
Ingredients
- 600 grams pork loin, diced
- 700 grams of fat-free pork ribs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 glass of water
- 50 grams of bacon
- 2 slices of pepperoni sausage, chopped
- 2 cups fat-free picanha cut into cubes
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 3 red peppers
- 4 cups of rice
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- 1 cup corn (optional)
- Warm de Carne
- 2 bay leaves
- Enough of Cherry Tomatoes
- Enough of Boiled Eggs
- enough of crackling
- Salt, pepper, and lemon to taste
Preparation mode
- Season the loin and ribs with salt, pepper, and lemon.
- In a pan, put the oil and fry the loin and the ribs until golden brown.
- Add the water and let it cook.
- Put the bacon and pepperoni and let it fry.
- Add the picanha and fry.
- Remove the meat from the center of the pan.
- Add the minced garlic and onion and sauté until golden.
- Add the peppers, rice, tomato, peas, corn, beef stock, and bay leaf. Let it cook.
- When it is almost dry, add the cherry tomatoes, olives, hard-boiled eggs, and crackling.
