Beef Milanese in the airfryer

Beef Milanese in the airfryer

  • 4 steaks or fillets without fat and nerves (duckling, soft topside, hard topside…)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cup toasted breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

Preparation mode

  1. Gather all the ingredients;
  2. Place the steaks in plastic bags and beat with a meat whisk on both sides of the steaks;
  3. Season the meat with garlic, salt, and pepper;
  4. Separate the wheat flour, breadcrumbs, and eggs (beaten lightly) into containers;
  5. Coat the steaks, first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs;
  6. Place the meats in the air fryer basket (two at a time) and “fry” at 200ºC for about 10 to 15 minutes;
  7. Now just serve.

Serve with white rice or fries. If you put a rustic tomato sauce topped with cheese, it’s delicious!

You can season the breadcrumbs with spicy paprika, it gives an amazing flavor!

Enjoy your meal!
